Refund policy
All sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind. We encourage you to review product descriptions, sizing guides, and photos carefully before placing your order.
We stand behind the quality of every order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was described, we will make it right. To be eligible, you must:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the damage or defect
- Include your order number in your message
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following resolutions at our discretion:
1.) Replacement: A new item shipped at no cost to you
2.) Store credit: Credit applied to your account for a future order
The following are not eligible for a return, refund, or store credit:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Items reported outside the 7-day window
- Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear
- Claims submitted without supporting clear photo evidence
